Specifications.

Feed opening:
650mm x 215mm situated above the rotor so that the material is pre-crushed against the top stator bar. Feed extends over the full width of the rotor.

Rotor:
10mm HFS tube 406mm diameter with fixing angles for breaker bars. Suitably webbed and strengthened.

Breaker bars:
Cast manganese steel or machined special steel, all reversible to give two wearing edges. Six bars fastened to rotor and two on stator.

Stator:
Spring loaded with set screw adjustment for size of crushed product. On standard model the adjustment is from 3mm to 30mm approximately.

Shaft and bearings:
50mm diameter shaft running in grease-packed, self aligned flange mounted roller bearings.

Pulley:
250mm, 4 x V belt pulley. Can be fitted either side, fully guarded.

Drive:
Standard units are powered by electric motor through guarded V-belt drive. Diesel drive through a clutch can also be specified.

Casing:
Constructed of 10mm MS renewable sections with removable top cover plate for easy access to breaker bars, stator bars and rotor for maintenance.

General:
The crusher is mounted on 100mm x 50mm channel frame which also incorporates the power unit mounting.

Options:
The feed hopper and supporting base to suit your installation. Lining plates, extended shaft etc, can also be specified.
